As a Japan National Freediver, I will teach you professional breathing techniques to relax your mind and body. It’s the perfect "mental detox" while we explore the high-energy streets of Tokyo.

As a former staff member at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, I’ll share some fascinating (and safe!) behind-the-scenes stories about high-level diplomacy and the international VIPs I've encountered.

  • What happens if it rains?

    A: The tour will take place rain or shine! Shinjuku has an extensive network of underground passages, so we can cover much of the route while staying dry. Plus, the neon lights reflecting on the rainy streets are incredibly beautiful—a true Shinjuku experience!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We want you to book with confidence! If your plans change or you feel unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to be flexible, including rescheduling your tour to another date.

    - Up to 48 hours before: Free
    - 24 hours before: 10%
    - On the day: 20%
    - Natural disasters or flight cancellations: Full refund

About Me
• Background: Born August 7, 1965, in Tokyo. Served at the U.S. Embassy Tokyo as Chauffeur & Staff for 17.5 years.
• Education & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree. HSK Level 3 (Chinese Proficiency).
• Athletic Career:  Active Freediver and Japan National Team member.
• Competed in AIDA World Championships (2015,  2024, and 2026 -upcoming).
• Silver Medalist (STA 6'08") at the Japan Freediving Championships 2024.


A little heads-up: I am not a interpreter, So ｍy English is limited, but I promise to provide an authentic and fun experience with plenty of heart!
